Instant Estimate System

You quoted that job Thursday. He booked the bloke who quoted Tuesday night.

Your customer answers a few questions about the job. A branded, priced estimate lands in their inbox, off your rate card, in your voice. You review it before it goes anywhere.

You review every estimate before it sendsBuilt, live and running on a real trades business

The maths on a slow quote

Say twenty five real enquiries a month. Every one of them is waiting on you. Not on your crew. On you, at night, with a tape measure sketch and a calculator.

So they wait a day. Sometimes three. In those three days he rings two more mob. One of them gets back to him that night.

Now you are not being compared on your work. You are being compared on price. That is the only thing he can compare.

So you sharpen it. You take a hundred off. Maybe two. You win it thinner, or you lose it to someone cheaper who does a worse job.

It never shows up in your books. It shows up in your margin, and in your Tuesday nights.

You do not need to quote faster

Every tool you have been sold helps you write the quote

Templates, a price book, a nice PDF. All of it makes you faster at quoting. None of it answers the bloke on the couch at half nine at night.

  • He does not want a faster quote from you
  • He wants a number now, while he is still looking at the fence
  • Whoever gets him that number is the one he talks to

This takes your pricing out of your head

We encode your rate card once. After that it answers for you, every hour you are not working, and every price it gives is yours.

  • Your rates, your products, your tone of voice
  • The lead lands in your CRM tagged and routed
  • Nothing reaches a customer until you have looked at it

How it actually works

  1. 1

    He fills in the form

Material, height, metres, gates, removal, photos of the site. On his phone, in about a minute.

  2. 2

    It prices off your card

Your rates, encoded once. It returns a range, not a hard number, and it says so on the email.

  3. 3

    You review it

The estimate waits in a window for you. Look at it, change it, send it. You can turn that off later if you want to.

  4. 4

    He lands in your CRM

Tagged, in the pipeline, with a follow up task on someone. You are talking to him and the other two are not.

Three ways to buy it

All prices exclude GST. Ad spend is paid by you, straight to the platforms.

Estimator

$3,500 once, then $800 a month

  • The estimator, built to your rate card
  • Branded enquiry form with photo upload
  • Branded estimate email in your tone of voice
  • Full pipeline automation in your CRM
  • Two development hours a month included

Estimator and page

$5,500 to $7,000 once, then $800 a month

  • Everything in the estimator build
  • A landing page built to convert into it
  • Tracking wired end to end before launch
  • Page priced at list, $2,000 to $3,500 by platform

The bundle

$4,500 to $5,250 once, then $2,800 to $6,300 a month

  • Everything above
  • The landing page at half price
  • The campaign that fills the page
  • Fortnightly and end of month reporting

Read the one off prices again. The bundle is cheaper up front than the middle option. That is because the page comes in at half price when you take all three, and that is the version that actually works.

Already on a retainer with us? You are holding the third leg already. Add the estimator and the page and the bundle rate applies to you today.

What your price list costs to get in

The estimator is only as good as the rate card behind it. This is the one part I cannot quote off a page, because I do not know what state yours is in. A priced line is one product, size or spec that carries its own rate.

BandWhat it looks likeFee, ex GST
AYou prepare itUp to 25 priced lines, one or two product families. You fill in our template and we check it.Included
BTidy upTwenty six to seventy five lines, or units that need lining up to one measure. Your numbers, our clean up.$750
CRebuildSeventy six to two hundred lines, a few product families, labour split out from materials, supplier exports to convert.$1,500
DCost and margin buildNo usable list, or you price by feel. We build the card from your material costs, your hours and the margin you want to hold. From $2,500

Over two hundred lines is quoted on scope, and we would launch your best selling lines first. Anything beyond the band we quote gets requoted before the work starts.

What it does not do

It does not set your prices

It cannot. It prices off your rate card, exactly as you give it to us. If your rate is wrong, the number is wrong. That is on you, not on a robot.

It does not send without you

Every estimate sits in a window first. You look, you change it, you send it. You can turn that off later once you trust it. Most do not, and that is fine.

It is not a fixed quote

It is a range, and the email says so. You still go and measure and price the job properly. It just means he is talking to you and not to the other two.

Who this is not for

  • Businesses where every job is a one off and the price only comes to you on site.
  • Anyone who will not hand over a price list. The whole thing runs on it.
  • Anyone hoping this replaces quoting. It replaces the first quote, the one you are losing on time.
  • Anyone shopping for the cheapest option. This is not it.

FAQ

What if it quotes something wrong?

Nothing reaches a customer without passing your review window, and every estimate is marked as indicative rather than a fixed quote. You own the rate card, so if a number is wrong the fix is one edit, not a rebuild.

My pricing is too complicated for this.

That is what the bands are for, and we start with the lines that make you most of your money rather than all of them. Complicated pricing is the reason quoting eats your week, so it is an argument for doing this, not against it.

Why $800 a month?

It carries the hosting, the monitoring, the AI cost and two development hours a month for repairs and changes. Set it against what an hour of your quoting costs you.

Can I just have the estimator?

Yes, that is the first option. Worth knowing that an estimator with no page in front of it converts what you already get rather than growing it.

Do I have to run ads with you?

No. The estimator and the page stand on their own. The bundle rate on the page is tied to taking all three, because that is the version that works end to end.

How long until it is live?

Eight weeks from go, and you sign off your pricing against the live estimator before anything goes out to a customer.

Twenty minutes, your price list on the screen

We count the lines and I tell you what your build costs and how long it takes. You get that number whether you buy or not. If it is not for you, I will say so on the call.

Check if your pricing fits

Six questions, about two minutes. One asks how many separate rates are on your price list, so have a rough number in your head.
