Privacy policy

Last updated: 5 July 2026

This site is run by Levi Santiago (LSG Group), Gold Coast, Australia. It handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. Plain version: I only collect what you send me, I use it to reply to you, and I do not sell it.

What I collect

When you submit the contact form I collect your name, email, mobile number, the enquiry type, your message, and your consent to be contacted. For security and spam prevention the server also records the submission time, your IP address and browser user agent. If you contact me by SMS or email instead, I hold whatever you send in that message.

How I use it

I use your details to read your enquiry and reply, and to have the follow-up conversation you started. I do not add you to a marketing list and I do not share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it is stored and who processes it

Enquiries are stored in a Supabase database and routed into my CRM (GoHighLevel) so I can manage the conversation, with an internal email alert so nothing gets missed. These providers process the data on my behalf as part of running this site. Data may be held on servers outside Australia; I take reasonable steps to keep it secure in transit and at rest.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) and a GoHighLevel tracking script to understand how the site is used and to attribute enquiries. These set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed and rough location. They are used for measurement, not to sell your data.

How long it is kept

I keep enquiry details for as long as needed to have the conversation and for a reasonable period after, then remove them when they are no longer needed. You can ask me to delete yours sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email levi@lsggroup.au and I will action it. If you are not happy with how I have handled your information you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
