Work
Five businesses, different stages, same way of running them. The ones making money fund the ones still building. The ones still building will fund the next ones I haven't started yet.
The portfolio
Growth partner
Growth partner for owners who came up working and know they're capped. An ads person here, a web person there, a CRM nobody owns. We run ads, site, CRM and AI as one machine. One team owns the result.
Verticals
Where most of my time goes.
AI infrastructure
My sub-brand for trades and construction. Trades hate dealing with tech, admin and sales setups. I build the systems so they can focus on what they're actually good at. Agents, automations, internal tools, sales infrastructure. The AI layer trades businesses still don't have, before everyone else figures out it's the only thing that matters.
Property
Co-founded with Bailey Watson. Building wealth through property renovations and direct-to-market sales. We buy, transform, sell. No fund nonsense. Along the way we're documenting it so other people can DIY their own renos without paying the dumb premium for every job.
Ecommerce
Co-owned with Bailey. Tools and products that help homeowners handle their own maintenance and skip the tradie call-out fees. Stop paying $300 for someone to do a $30 job. Recently rebuilt on Shopify, content and ad engine running.
The podcast
Not revenue. I help people, brands and businesses tell their story unfiltered. Anyone with real passion for what they do or an interesting life lived. Mostly an excuse to call people worth listening to and have the yarn on record.
Recording stories worth telling
The umbrella
LSG Group
Holding entity
LSG Group is the parent entity. Cashflow, shared systems, back-office, and the vehicle for the mentoring and consulting work I'm starting. The long-term play that compounds across everything I build.
Same way of running them, whatever the venture. Tell me where the gap is and I'll tell you straight if I can close it.
