The starting scope covers 3 pages, up to 100 supplier items and 25 services or products.
Larger price lists and complex pricing rules are quoted on scope. We agree the cost before work starts.
Pay 50% upfront and 50% at handover only once you see it working.
Hosted and maintained for you

- Hosting, upkeep and CRM software included.
- Starts after handover. Runs month to month.
- $20 in usage credit each month for SMS.
- Phone, SMS and premium use above that credit cost extra.
- An hour of support each month for changes and help.
Support and other costs
Unused support hours roll over within the quarter, up to 3 hours. They reset each new quarter. Extra work is quoted first. Faults in the agreed build are fixed under your monthly fee.
You pay for your own ServiceM8 plan & mobile number from the provider. Google Ads & Meta work cost extra, as does ad spend.

Will this work for my trade?
It suits work you can price from set rates. Think fencing, roofing or jobs priced by the metre or square metre. We check the fit on the call. You do not need $1 million in sales to apply.
Does every estimate need my approval?
No. Standard jobs get an estimate on their own, based on your agreed rates. Custom jobs go to your team. Estimates are price guides, subject to a site check and measure.
What if my prices are hard to work out?
We look at your price sheets before we scope the build. Large lists and complex rules may cost more. You know the price before we start.
Do I need to change my software?
Our core setup uses ServiceM8 and GoHighLevel. We can assess other tools on the call. Extra links are scoped before we agree to build them.
Do I need to run ads with you?
No. This can work with the leads you already get. We can quote Google Ads or Meta work if you need it.
Do I have to look after the tech?
No. We host and maintain it. Your team gets access to the tools they use. We manage the systems that run behind them. Your business data stays yours.
What is outside the base build?
Voice AI, purchase orders and new custom tools are not in the base scope. We quote extra work before we start.
